Sunny's height stands tall
over flowering buds -
garden warrior

Sunny's stalk is strong and sturdy
withstands summer storms -
tornado spreads her seeds

This is a variation of a writing exercise I did on April 2, 2022 while participating in the "Reflection and Renewal Through Poetry workshop hosted by the Minnesota Humanities Center.
While it isn't exactly profound, it answers the challenge to identify an alter-ego and write about it.
