Alfred wishes on

The ceiling light in the treatment room has a landscape photo of mountains in various stages of sunshine and shadow. As I always do, I like to find human shapes when possible. It didn't take me too long to find a caricature of a male face that I named "Alfred" who appeared to be looking at a star.
