National Poetry Writing Month (NaPoWriMo) eve

This is my first year participating in National Poetry Writing Month, NaPoWriMo, after watching friend poets at THE DAILY HAIKU post and share content last year.

I'm still new at haiku and loving it so I'll be writing content primarily in the haiku form(s). As someone else said, the content here will be drafts that may be revised if/when they eventually get published elsewhere.

Inspired by today's early bird prompt:

“To be a Flower, is profound / Responsibility" by Emily Dickinson

mustn't disappoint -

flowers hold weight of the world

on their petals

or

mustn't

disappoint
