cancer prevention 

may the light of a thousand 

suns shine through to you today

step into cool lake water 

like a child … splashes

first six bites are good, neighbors 

carrots are better

local paper unravels best 

sipping black tea

changing the world 

one cup at a time

embosomed by trees 

nature shares meaning of life 

rejoice in love

stories, laughter, hugs 

and some "honey do" jobs done 

have 'nother cuppa
